Your prices are very cheap, are your products high quality?

At RKAAS, we take pride in offering high quality products. We source directly from the top factories and we keep our margins low, as a result we are able to pass the savings to the customers and that’s the secret of our prices being low compared to our competitors.

Can I change or modify my order?

For unshipped orders, you can contact our customer services via contact us form with the details of the changes in delivery address/order and we will get back to you asap.

Can I cancel my order?

you may only cancel an order if the order has not been shipped/assigned a tracking number.

How do I track my order?

You will be updated with the tracking order where available. For smaller orders, we use royalmail 2nd class which can’t be tracked.

Will I be charged custom and import charges?

We're based in the UK and all the items are shipped from our local warehouse, so you won't have to pay any additional charges.
